01 Delete via the XZORE App

The fastest way to delete your XZORE account is directly from inside the app:

1. Open the XZORE app and log in to your account.
2. Go to your Profile tab.
3. Tap the Settings icon (top right).
4. Select Account Settings → Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

02 Request Deletion by Email

If you no longer have the app installed, you can request deletion by email instead. Send a message to support@xzore.com from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Deletion Request", and include:

• Your registered email address or phone number
• Your XZORE username

We verify that the request comes from the account owner, then process it within 7 business days and send a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

03 What Gets Deleted

When your XZORE account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

• Your profile information (name, photo, bio, resume details)
• Work experience, education, and skills
• Posts, comments, and messages
• Job applications and saved jobs
• Pages you own (Company / Business / Educational) and their content
• Connections, followers, and notification history
• Uploaded photos and documents

04 What Gets Kept

A limited set of records is retained after deletion, only where required by law or to prevent fraud and abuse:

• Transaction and billing records — retained for up to 7 years as required by Indian tax and accounting law.
• Fraud and abuse prevention records — retained for up to 90 days.
• Anonymised analytics — contains no information that can identify you.

This retained data is not used for any other purpose and is deleted once the applicable retention period ends.
